This 2-day course will be offered at HPAC.

You will learn:

  • Managing Risk, the gap between standards and behaviors

  • Psychology of behaviors and errors vs violations

  • Error modes and precursors

  • Influencing behaviors with feedback

  • Latent Organizational Weaknesses

  • Conducting Human Performance error reviews

PRE-REQUISITES

As this is not a beginner level course, KnowledgeVine recommends attendees have basic knowledge of Human Performance concepts including Tools and Traps prior to attending. HPAC attendance is recommended but not required.

EXAM INFORMATION

After passing a final exam you will receive a Human Performance Certificate, indicating successful completion of the class and a strong working knowledge of human performance concepts.
